Started with yoga back in 2017 to help with my training for the spartan race. I thought it would be a good supplement to my weight training. I started off with Bikram and became obsessed with hit the poses! (I am still not there quite yet LOL.) 6 months Later I register for a Yoga Teacher Training because I wanted to know more about the practice! Please check blog post about my teacher training. After receiving my certification it took an entire year for me to actually teach my first class! Now I am back filling my brain with everything yoga and I hope you join this journey with me! I am also in graduate student get my master's in education and I currently teach 2nd grade. Yoga definitely helps me decompress after a long day!
